請問電源供應器抉擇

CPU:Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz, 3502 MHzfx-8350
主機板:華碩 P8Z77-V LX
RAM: 金士頓 DDR3 1333 (4G*2)
顯卡:華碩 NVIDIA GeForce GT 640 (2096832 KB)
硬碟: WD 1TB SATA III
58合一高速內建式讀卡機
目前是用七盟 ST-550PWL (80+銅牌)電源供應器

但是從年初朋友幫忙組好到現在都覺得電腦怪怪的
最近更常出現藍屏[0x1000007e]、整台死當不動等等狀況
有清過顯卡跟記憶體，也不清楚是否為供應器的問題

以前舊的電腦自己是裝海韻 S12II 430W
現在有點想把這台新電腦的電源換回舊的海韻
不知道是否ＯＫ？
