毒澱粉風波襲台，店家自行送驗，合格證明張貼顯目，目的讓顧客安心買。

還記得當年讓你每喝一口就心驚膽跳的塑化劑事件嗎？算一算時間，恰好滿兩年，只是，想也沒想到，好不容易走出塑毒，卻又驚爆毒澱粉，且還是每日一爆，主管機關卻只說，多喝水就能把毒素排出體外，而最令人訝異的是，當時說好要修的食管法，卻仍舊躺在國會殿堂中！
爆發在2011年，造成全台恐慌的塑化劑案，由金果王公司販賣果汁的原料，卻因負責人大賺黑心錢，添加昱伸公司的「黑心起雲劑」，引爆塑化劑風暴，除了重創台灣飲料市場與相關產業外，更使得國際形象，毀於一旦。
而生產含塑化劑濃縮果汁的元凶、金果王負責人陳阿和，檢方雖以千面人條款對其求處12年重刑；然而，最高法院維持二審判決，5月16日依較輕的違反食品衛生管理法等罪，將他判刑1年2月定讞。
只是，據相關報導，塑化劑的毒性是2008年三聚氰胺毒奶粉的20倍，影響的產品更高達489項，而掀起塑化劑風暴的金果王負責人，最後僅被判了14個月，遭譏諷政府是「重重舉起、輕輕呵護」，民眾更想問，因罰則低，不肖業者根本毫無懼怕，因而造成食在恐慌，由此看來，司法豈不成為幫凶？消基會祕書長雷立芬更直言，在相關事件處理上，只給政府50分。
這次毒澱粉事件已經延燒超過兩周，而直到「媒體找到」被指為毒澱粉的始作俑者的「王老師」，民眾才驚覺，原來澱粉摻入順丁烯二酸的作法，在台灣已經流傳42年，也就是說，你我可能已經遭到長期毒害。
一度鼓勵腎友多吃米粉、板條等低蛋白食物的毒物專家林杰樑也說，他追蹤腎病患者，發現他們明明吃粄條等低蛋白食物，但病情卻反而加重，一直百思不得其解，毒澱粉事件爆開後，他推斷這可能就是使洗腎病患越來越多的原因。 (接下一頁)
