iPhone銷售手法遭質疑 金融時報︰歐盟已著手調查蘋果

《金融時報》周日（26日）報導，歐盟已對蘋果（AAPL-US）展開調查，了解這家 iPhone 製造商是否利用反競爭銷售策略與技術限制，在歐洲市場排擠其餘智慧手機廠商。

該媒體根據取得的文件指出，歐盟執委會上周已向數家歐洲行動電信業者寄發調查問卷，了解蘋果是否透過經銷合約，限制競爭對手拿到更好的銷售條件。

蘋果強調，所有合約均符合歐盟規範。

這項調查源於部分電信業者私下向歐盟提出申訴，而目前此案仍在最初階段；啟動正式調查前，執委會必須先證實蘋果的確稱霸歐洲市場，但這點恐怕有困難，因為三星（Samsung）Galaxy 手機在當地也相當熱銷。
