公共場所禁菸　俄羅斯今實行首波

俄羅斯從今天開始，進行第一波公共場所禁菸，民眾不能在工作場所、民宅樓梯間、公車、捷運上吸菸，距離火車站與機場15公尺內也不能吸菸。

這項法令在今年2月，由總統普丁(Vladimir Putin)簽署生效，預計在2014年實行全面禁煙。據俄羅斯政府統計，有40%俄羅斯民眾是抽菸人口，但光是去年就有40萬人死於吸菸相關的疾病，為了俄民健康著想，俄羅斯政府決定推動公共場所禁菸。
