國務機要費除罪？ 藍委：可以討論

立法院深夜突襲，趕在會期結束前的最後20分鐘，火速通過爭議法案「會計法第99條之一修正案」，讓特別費除罪化。對於民進黨要求國務機要費比照辦理，讓前總統陳水扁得以解套，國民黨立委呂學樟今天表示，兩者性質完全不一樣，不可同日而語；但也有同黨立委認為可以討論。
