北港"珍珠"魚丸麵 滑溜吃不膩

不少人喜歡古早味美食,今天要帶大家到雲林北港,嚐嚐傳統的丸子麵。店家每天用新鮮旗魚,加上多種獨家配方,做成旗魚漿,再純手工捏出像珍珠的大小,加上用扁魚熬煮的羹湯,甘甜和彈牙的古早口味,讓不少老饕慕名而來。

手工特製的黃麵條,淋上濃稠的羹湯,顏色鮮豔,賣相好,這是雲林北港,在地的傳統味「丸子麵」。這裡的丸子很不一樣,個頭小只有像珍珠那麼大,但卻是在地人吃不膩的好味道。

丸子不只能加羹湯,還能加泡麵,乾拌著吃,泡麵的香氣,加上口感彈牙的丸子,特別對味,讓不少老饕,從地外來品嚐。老闆每天用新鮮旗魚,和5、6種獨家配方,做成魚漿,純手工一顆顆捏成形,每天能賣出1、2百碗,賣完就收攤。店家說,好吃的秘訣,除了堅持傳統口味以外,食材新鮮,還有費時熬煮的湯頭,都是關鍵,才讓客人吃了還想再吃。
