證交所表示，昨（17）日查核歐聖公司7月16日公告申報之股東會年報及於同日發佈之重大訊息，顯示新加坡簽證會計師就歐聖101年度合併財務報告，仍出具無法表示意見之查核報告，依規定公告歐聖TDR（910579）繼續列為變更交易方法股票，且將於7月30日終止上市。

證交所表示，歐聖TDR變更交易後，申報暨公告之100年財報迄今仍無法完成補正，已經獲證交所董事會討論通過，將自7月30日起終止上市。由於已逾最後補正期限，因此確定將終止上市。
