標題[聘書] 兩offer產業請益

公司 HOYA Oplink 職務技術部工程師光電工程師 (TFT-LCD光罩) (支援OE產品開發與特性量測) 待遇約45K(試用期後 43k 累積津貼所得) 地點竹南新竹工時 9 10-11 住宿住家裡住家裡加班有加班費責任制 (週末 on call 1~2次/月，幾乎沒有) 小弟剛畢業，至今一個月左右找工作，也有其他公司offer，但最後歸納這兩間來作比較。碩士所學為光通訊相關，Oplink為光纖主動元件開發，與所學相關。兩家公司，在版上幾乎沒有討論， HOYA台灣為日本HOYA 100%投資的子公司，研發、製造、生產光罩歐西普亞洲，美國Oplink併購(美國上市公司)，外商公司(??) 一個與所學相關門檻或許低點，一個與所學無關需重新學起。因為是第一份工作，想請益一下。謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.193.144
