公司 IBM(東宜派遣) 旭東機械職務網路工程師控制整合工程師待遇試用期35K 30K 之後38K 地點台中IBM 台中后科工時彈性上班8小時 8時-17時住宿住家裡租屋(后科) 公司補助2500 加班有加班費有加班費保障年薪 14個月不保證三節福利補助油錢三餐便當自己想法:我是新鮮人，目前難以抉擇是IBM派遣的只能待兩年，但存錢很快(感覺像自願役)，但IBM願意花錢讓我去考CCNP，但我怕之後找工作別間公司會不承認我派遣的工作經驗。旭東是感覺比較長久，而且練工速度很快(機台很多要準備出貨) ，但他是學PLC的，第一.我不熟第二.個人感覺這語言不是主流的，以後出路會變窄(有誤請鞭小力一點) 請有經驗的幫忙給點意見感謝各位囉QQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.156.198
