中山高大灣交流道動土　預計104年5月完工

地方期盼已久的中山高大灣交流道，歷經台南市各界多年爭取，終於在12日動土興建。市府工務局長吳宗榮表示，大灣交流道預計於104年5月完工，將是直通市區最近的交流道，且位處東區及未來永康副都心之間，將可發揮極大的交通效益。

中山高速公路目前在台南市境內共有8處交流道，從北至南為：新營、佳里、84快速道路、安定、國道8號、永康、仁德、台南交流道。位於台南市永康區的大灣交流道，將成為台南市第9條交流道。工務局預估，大灣交流道開通之後，將至少紓解東區、永康區、仁德區交界地帶25%以上的交通流量。

為配合大灣交流道興建，確實改善仁德區周邊交通問題，交通部高速公路局亦將針對仁德交流道，進行相關工程，除了增設一處北上入口交流道，也將針對南下出口進行改善。另外，大灣路及永康幹3-1道路也將同步配合拓寬至30米。

市長賴清德指出，大灣交流道工程費高達6.18億元，若再加上仁德交流道出入口相關工程，總經費近8億。其中在徵收道路、幹3-1道路拓寬等相關工程上，由台南市府支出近3億。
