北市標售十戶國宅店鋪辦公室 8/30辦理首次開標作業

台北市都發局今天(十六號)公告標售十戶國宅社區店舖及辦公室，都發局科長簡瑟芳說，公告標售的十戶國宅社區店鋪及辦公室，八月三十號會辦理第一次開標作業。有興趣的民眾，可以在八月二十號起，到北市都發局祕書室購買投標書表，八月二十一號到二十三號三天，開放現場參觀。都發局表示，這次標售的十戶店鋪與辦公室，除了三戶一樓店舖為大坪數約兩百到三百坪，可以作為大型賣場使用，其餘七戶都為小坪數，每坪售價依照市價行情，約二十七萬到三十四萬元不等。(照片由台北市都發局提供)
