誰是監院最大亂源？　林德福：王聖人辭職吧！

針對監察院長王建煊與監委互槓，國民黨立院黨團首席副書記長林德福今（16）日批評王建煊，擔任院長就應該謹守分際，做好院內協調溝通工作，「既然要這樣批，你院長先辭，不幹以後你來講（批評），這樣拿捏比較好！」

林德福質疑，「王聖人認為監察院功能不彰、沒有存在必要，但是很多監委認為監察院最大的亂源就是王聖人！」

林德福說，王建煊身為監察院長，主持議事本來就要客觀中立，監察院是合議制，「不是你自己喜好！」

對於王建煊抨擊監委，林德福則認為，這樣的作法「不得當」，王建煊不能認為社會氛圍是怎樣，就要跟著走，「這很不得體」。

林德福強調，現在憲法的設計就是五權憲法，並不是三權分立，除非現在全民有共識就是要廢掉監院，否則以監察院長的職責，就是必須把內規以及委員運作處理妥當，「這是你的職責！」

他呼籲王建煊，「既然要這樣批，院長先辭，不幹以後你來講，這樣分寸拿捏比較好，你還在位，卻又認為院長窩囊，還要批評同仁，分寸拿捏錯了！」
