教部擬發銀髮族運動卡

高齡化社會來臨，教育部體育署為了鼓勵銀髮族多活動，考慮發放運動卡或體驗券，引導業者提供高齡者設備和課程。

銀髮族的健康和運動習慣息息相關，然而台灣的場館業者，多半以年輕族群為主力客戶，年長者多半只能到公園。全國教育局處長會議今天進行第二天議程，教育部體育署在專案報告中，將銀髮運動卡列為未來規劃政策。

體育署打算透過專案試辦，結合運動場館業者，鼓勵高齡者走出戶外，加入「規律運動」的行列。身心障礙族群也在發放運動卡的考慮對象中。

另外，體育署為了鼓勵全民運動，將打造「體育雲」App平台，打造全國的運動地圖，民眾點一點手指頭，就能知道附近哪邊有可以運動的地方。

體育署表示，配合二○一七年的世界大學運動會，第一階段先進行北部六縣市的場館普查，由國立體育大學等專業組織檢視。

教育部長蔣偉寧昨天表示，競技體育和全民運動是一體兩面，近來台灣選手在世界賽事屢有優異表現，明顯帶動全民關注體育，進而參與運動。蔣偉寧希望持續一波又一波熱潮，讓台灣人越來越健康，也藉此發展運動休閒產業利基。
