搶頭香！瑞銀台北分行委任兼營全委投資業務　金管會准了

金管會20日表示，已核准瑞士商瑞士銀行台北分行以委任方式兼營全權委託投資業務，這也是首家同時得以信託方式及委任方式辦理全委業務的銀行。

金管會說明，目前銀行兼營全委業務都採信託架構提供服務，不過，全委業務的潛在客戶依自身需求，對以信託制或委任制進行全委投資服務有其偏好，而此案核准後，瑞士銀行台北分行除仍可依原有的信託方式兼營全委業務外，也可以委任方式提供全委投資的服務，滿足更多客戶的需求。

金管會指出，瑞士銀行台北分行也是首家同時得以信託方式及委任方式辦理全委業務的銀行。這項業務的開放，除可使銀行依客戶偏好提供資產管理的相關服務外，銀行也可利用其經營財富管理業務之優勢及客戶基礎，吸引國人海外資產回流台灣。

金管會也強調，此案的開放，符合推動「以台灣為主之國人理財平臺」計畫的宗旨，有助於達成「國人的錢於國內金融機構，由國人操作，投資全世界，為國人賺取最佳報酬」的政策目標。
