南鐵案開聽證會？ 南市府下周一回覆

台南鐵路地下化工程，反台南鐵路東移自救會爭取舉辦聽證會，今天下午3點30分闖入台南市政府市長室要求回應。市府下午6點承諾，9 月2日下午5點前將具體回覆是否召開聽證會，在此之前，將停止一切土地徵收程序。自救會表示，希望能得到滿意答覆，否則不排除更大規模抗爭；雙方終於達成初步協議，讓這場歷時兩個半小時的抗議活動和平落幕。
