官員以「九六事變」稱關說案

法務部長曾勇夫惜別會，政務次長陳明堂以「九六事變」形容關說案；國際暨兩岸司副司長俞秀端稱九月六日是黑色星期五。曾勇夫讚揚法務部團隊常幫忙撲滅其他部會的火，「9月6日卻滅不掉自己的火。」引起全場笑聲。

曾勇夫再次強調，王金平的話只到他耳朵，沒有從嘴出去，他沒有關說。他說，行政院強調法務部官員要有高道德標準，對請託要斷然拒絕。他問：「曾與立法委員打交道的人都知道，接到立委電話能斷然拒絕嗎？這是強人所難。」
