標題[請益] 請問高雄鋼鐵廠電機工程師新人價行情

我弟弟去年7月國立科大碩畢(非前2科) 在科技業做了一年的設備目前想到高雄找鋼鐵業的電機工程師已經有幾家接洽想請問如果能力上不是強(一般人偏弱) 口才不算好有碩士且相關科系一年設備經驗這樣在高雄開35k會算多嗎? 還是下修到30k呢? 因為考慮高雄普遍起薪較低能力不好開太高可能工作會GG 想知道一下大部分鋼鐵廠(大公司)新人行情價大概多少會有多久的時間訓練家裡沒經濟壓力其實開25K也OK 只不過怕工作性質與薪水不成比例電機工程師都蠻累得(現場) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.149.148
