氣象局今(7)日上午指出，菲特颱風已經減為輕颱，目前中心在福建，氣象局於上午8時30分解除海陸雙警。

菲特在7日8時的中心位置：北緯 27.2 度，東經 118.8 度，即在馬祖的西北方約 150 公里之處。7級風暴風半徑 120 公里。以每小時15公里速度，向西進行。近中心最大風速每秒 20 公尺(約每小時 72 公里)，相當於 8 級風。瞬間最大陣風每秒 28 公尺(約每小時 101 公里)，相當於 10 級風。

根據最新資料顯示，菲特颱風過去3小時強度持續減弱，暴風圈亦縮小，目前中心在福建，繼續向西移動，馬祖已脫離其暴風圈。預計此颱風強度有繼續減弱的趨勢。

雖然氣象局已經解除颱風警報，但仍發布大雨特報，今日宜蘭及花蓮地區有局部大雨或豪雨，馬祖地區及北部山區有局部大雨發生的機率，連日降雨，山區請注意坍方、落石、土石流。

根據統計，4日0時起至7日8時出現較大累積雨量如下：新竹縣鳥嘴山537毫米、新北市福山404毫米、桃園縣高義384毫米、苗栗縣泰安356毫米、台北市竹子湖279毫米、宜蘭縣大礁溪200毫米。　

出現較大陣風區域如下：彭佳嶼14級，蘭嶼11級，梧棲、東吉島10級。馬祖及臺灣附近各海面風浪仍大，船隻請注意。
