超強氣旋登陸印度　狂風暴雨已釀5死

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】被喻為侵襲印度14年來最強氣旋風暴的斐林（Phailin），12日逼近午夜時，在印度東岸登陸，風速高達每小時200公里。

在登陸前，印度已出現狂風暴雨，目前已知造成5死，當局已發布紅色警告，至少50萬人緊急撤離。
