保釣團體到宜蘭 抗議法官瀆職

為了釣魚台爭議，前民進黨大老張俊宏與保釣人士，今年6月曾到宜蘭地方法院對日本首相安倍晉三提告，指控日本侵略我國領土、人權及漁權，但是在8月間被宜蘭地院法官林俊廷駁回，要求補足事證，引起保釣團體反彈。

張俊宏與民進黨前主席許信良今天帶著數十位「還我釣魚台大聯盟」成員到法院前抗議，高呼：「還我釣魚台」等口號，他們痛批法官瀆職、賣國，未審先判，致使其權利受損，除了續告安倍晉三外，同時也對法官林俊廷提告，要求賠償200萬元。
