衛報：美國安局監聽35名世界領袖

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】根據英國《衛報》引用史諾登外流的文件指出，美國國安局監聽35名世界領袖的電話，電話號碼則是由政府官員提供，文件中表示國安局鼓勵各府院官員，像是白宮、國務院和國防部等，分享他們手上擁有的外國政治人物的通訊錄到國家的監聽系統中。

其中一名不具名的官員，就交出超過200個電話號碼，其中就包括35名世界領袖的號碼，不過文件中並未指明是哪些領袖，但這35人立即成為國安局監聽對象。
