日福島外海7.1強震　福島核電廠幸無災情

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】日本福島外海於當地時間今天凌晨2時11分發生7.1強震，東北地方各地都感受到明顯搖晃。據《讀賣新聞》報導，福島第一核電廠在當地時間凌晨2時50分並未傳出災情。但東電仍指示在福島核電廠堤防附近作業的作業員，應前往高處避難。
