雞寮當掩護 苗栗老婦釀私酒被查獲

苗栗縣竹南警方今天下午查緝私釀米酒，在造橋鄉朝陽村一處雞寮旁鐵皮屋，發現1500公升米酒成品與2040公升的米酒半成品，涉嫌私釀的葉姓老婦供稱，米糠拿來養雞，並在鐵皮屋釀米酒，賣給不特定人士。

警方調查，老婦以地處偏僻農田旁的雞寮做掩護，由於空曠處風大，加上屋頂有排氣孔，平時聞不到氣味，走近才會聞到酒味，葉婦將被依違反菸酒管理條例送辦。
