魏應充、張教華 以被告身分被約談

台北地檢署針對搜索味全公司發新聞稿指出，味全公司因販售食用油，涉犯詐欺罪和食品衛生管理法，北檢5日就剪報分案偵辦；打擊民生犯罪專組主任檢察官胡原龍下午4時15分指揮檢察事務官、台北市調處調查官共40人，持3張搜索票，會同台北市政府衛生局人員，前往台北市松江路的味全總公司搜索，晚間8時15分查扣相關採購文件，並傳喚相關嫌疑人和證人等6人。

據了解，董事長魏應充、總經理張教華是以被告身分被約談，其他4人分別是財務、採購相關高階幹部。
