我還在外地讀書平常只有假日回彰化基本上可以去五六日三天目的是減脂，塑身也很需要XD 本來想去版上推薦的彰化健身房，它有專業教練不過它星期日公休年費為3000，可是這樣我一星期只能去兩天現在想要去全民健康中心評估一下，我是彰化市民一次約5040元（徵到卷子的情況下）星期一公休但聽說很少人去那邊健身Orz 不知道有沒有教練？新手沒有人帶有點皮皮挫＞＜各位覺得哪個好呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.141.174.15
