台援菲國兩極看法 洪慈綪：人民何辜？

「政府沒人性，但人民何辜？」海燕颱風重創菲律賓，造成超過萬人死傷。台灣外交部以金援、物資援助，卻在台灣引起兩極看法。屏東琉球廣大興事件受害家屬洪慈綪認為，雖然菲國政府沒有人性，但受難的百姓是無辜的，基於人道立場，她絕對贊成這次台灣政府援助菲律賓的作法。

洪慈綪說，父親遭槍擊身亡，這是菲律賓官方不人道、粗暴的行為，與當地受難的災民無關，認為政治不應該跟民間人道救援牽扯在一起。
