外資匯入趨緩！　金管會：11月淨匯入僅0.61億美元

根據金管會公布最新統計，今(2013)年11月淨匯入趨緩，僅0.61億美元，不過，累計從9月開始外資已連續3個月呈現淨匯入，合計3個月淨匯入金額有70.78億美元。

金管會指出，今年11月1日至11月30日止，境外外國機構投資人完成登記117件；境內外國機構投資人完成登記2件；大陸地區投資人完成登記0件。同時間，境外華僑及外國自然人完成登記5件；境內華僑及外國自然人完成登記34件。

至於今年開盤至11月30日止，全體外資及陸資買進上市股票總金額約新台幣4兆6096億3900萬元，賣出上市股票總金額約新台幣4兆4135億9000萬元，全體外資及陸資累計買超上市股票約新台幣1960億4900萬元。

同時間，全體外資及陸資買進上櫃股票總金額約新台幣2326億1000萬元，賣出上櫃股票總金額約新台幣2066億7400萬元，全體外資及陸資累計買超上櫃股票約新台幣259億3600元。

截至今年11月30日止，境外外國機構投資人、陸資暨境外華僑及外國自然人累計淨匯入約1746.59億美元，較10月底累計淨匯入1745.98億美元，增加約0.61億美元。

不過，根據金管會資料顯示，外資從9月開始大舉匯入，9月淨匯入有38.53億美元、10月31.64億美元，11月則為0.61億美元，顯示外資匯入已經有緩和現象，但累計3個月外資計淨匯入70.08億美元。
