請問目前台灣有開放企業可以自己開發APP賣產品，讓顧客直接用手機訂購並且完成付款手續嗎？
例如一間旅行社想開發ＡＰＰ，讓客戶可以直接從手機看產品資訊，然後訂購及完成必要手續和付款，這樣目前在台灣是合法的嗎？？(是透過手機APP不是用手機開網頁版喔)
