疑收賄賣簽證 前越辦祕書複訊

外交部前駐越南代表處蕭姓秘書涉嫌與當地仲介勾結，核發學生簽證時收賄。檢調今天搜索並約談蕭姓秘書，漏夜移送北檢複訊。

調查局北部機動站日前接獲檢舉指出，駐越南代表處秘書蕭裕文與當地曹姓仲介勾結，在核發學生簽證時，放水疑收賄，涉犯貪污治罪條例。

台北地檢署檢察官今天上午指揮北機站幹員持法院核發的3張搜索票，前往蕭裕文的住處等地搜索，不包括外交部等公務機關，同時以被告身分約談早已調回台灣的蕭裕文到案，他經北機站訊問後，漏夜移送北檢複訊，檢方待複訊後，審酌他涉案程度給予強制處分。
