豪宅緩漲 信義之星近三年漲6%

台北市政府公布最新實價登錄資料，揭露豪宅「信義之星」十樓交易個案交易總價為2.31億元，扣除車位價，交易單價約約192.9萬元。房仲業者指出，信義之星近三年漲幅約百分之六，漲幅趨緩。

台灣房屋指出，台北市政府最新公布1筆信義計畫區豪宅交易為松智路1至50號，交易樓層為10樓，交易年月：102年9月，建物移轉總面積為142.65坪，交易總價為2億3,100萬，扣除車位總價800萬，交易單價約192.9萬。由於地段絕佳，加上市場上釋出稀有，又有名人入住光環，讓本建建成為信義計劃區指名度高的豪宅之一，目前市場開價約每坪238萬左右，車位行情每個約400萬至450萬，以此次的交易價格，算是不偏離市場行情。
