中共國台辦主任張志軍上午赴上海與台商座談時，談到菲律賓槍殺我漁民事件時說，大陸對此十分憤慨，要求菲律賓嚴肅對待此事，徹查事件真相並嚴懲凶手，給被害漁民一個負責任的交代，且不得再次發生這種事。張志軍並對被害漁民及家屬表達哀悼與致意。
