廣大興事件引發台菲關係緊張，國軍中正預校全國校友會無法忍受菲國總統府發言人諷刺馬英九總統民調低落，日前在官方網站刊登聲明，除了重申菲方無權論及此事之外，也以辛辣的言辭回應菲方言而無信的舉措。

這篇名為「無恥亂邦、無知言論；顯現無信、證實無義」的中英文對照聲明指出，我國總統民調高低為我國國民專屬權利，菲國政府並無立場對此發言；針對他國元首所作評論，必須考量他國國民觀感，此乃任何文明國家政府機關發言人基本素養，希菲國總統府高層深切反省。
