陸人來台法令四併一 更簡化方便

移民署今天表示，自103年元旦起，兩岸交流將進入新階段，現行四個停留辦法：「大陸地區人民進入台灣地區許可辦法」、「大陸地區專業人士來台從事專業活動許可辦法」、「大陸地區人民來台從事商務活動許可辦法」、「跨國企業內部調動之大陸地區人民申請來台服務許可辦法」，將整併為「大陸地區人民進入台灣地區許可辦法」。
