| 美戰地外包人員 半數罹戰爭恐慌症

「創傷後壓力症侯群」不再是退伍軍人的專利，也發生在戰地工作者身上。根據《時代》雜誌報導，在伊拉克與阿富汗戰爭中，五角大廈聘雇了數十萬的外包人員，為美軍進行後勤補給、運輸、維修、情報、通訊等軍事活動，然而可怕的戰爭使他們罹患了「創傷後壓力症候群」，經常焦慮、失眠與恐慌，但因為不具軍人身份，享受不到美軍才有的醫療福利。
