| 5歲女童用力就水便 便秘非腹瀉

【蔡明樺／台北報導】小朋友肚子一用力就水便，恐便秘非腹瀉！5歲陳小妹近兩個月肚子愈來愈脹，活蹦亂跳常肚子一用力就解出水狀糞便，家長誤以為孩子腹瀉，吃止瀉藥仍無法改善症狀，就醫檢查發現是嚴重便秘造成的滲便。醫師表示，臨床觀察每3名因腹脹、腹痛就醫的嬰幼兒，就有1人是便秘造成，甚至有1歲娃嚴重便秘到解出直徑4公分的大便，比成人還粗。

| ANZTEC簽署後 農業產值減35億

我國與紐西蘭簽署台紐經濟合作協定（ANZTEC），預計在十二年後降稅完畢。有關單位評估，我國總產值將增加三百五十六億台幣，其中包括製造業產值增加三百億元，服務業產值九十億元；但也不是完全沒有壞處，農業產值將減少三十五億，不過有關單位還是會有相關的產業輔導和協助措施，例如啟動農產品進口損害救助基金，以降低對農業的衝擊...
