【潘志偉／新北報導】今天上午8時許，國道3號北上40公里處，傳出1輛貨櫃車追撞小貨車，小貨車上1男1女受傷，警消人員接獲報案，目前在現場搶救中。

【綜合報導】蘇力颱風發展相當快速，昨天才升格為中度颱風，今天上午的近中心風速已經到每秒45公尺，快接近強烈等級颱風水準，由於目前發展條件相當好，天氣風險公司總經理、氣象達人彭啟明博士表示，蘇力不排除今天就有機會升格為強颱。
