| 氧氣罩管線掉 哈士奇枉送命

【洪玲玲、呂健豪、陸運陞╱新北報導】一名女飼主日前帶哈士奇愛犬至新北市一家獸醫院就醫，院方告知是乳腺瘤需留院割除，五個多小時過後她到醫院探視，發現愛犬術後一直無法清醒；期間，她三度目睹愛犬急救的氧氣罩接管鬆脫，經她通知院方，醫護人員才趕緊接回，當晚愛犬就不治死亡，她控訴獸醫草率行事，導致愛犬枉死，「簡直草菅狗命！」院方則強調，若真為醫療疏失，絕對負責到底。

【綜合報導】西班牙外交部長賈西亞馬賈洛(Jose Manuel Garcia-Margallo)先前聲稱，歐洲多國都被知會史諾登，登上玻利維亞總統莫拉萊斯的座機，拒絕讓飛機飛過西班牙領空，現在馬賈洛承認是從美國獲得情報，並表示他願意向莫拉萊斯致歉。
