【林泊志／宜蘭報導】農曆七月的中元節將至，宜蘭縣三星鄉民呂价弘因昔日家貧，經常挨餓，因近年來事業順遂，他想回饋鄉里，長年捐助物資並關注、回饋地方鄉親，為讓地方弱勢能順利過節，今天捐贈3000公斤白米，幫助中低收入戶家庭及獨居老人，上午公所擠滿領物資的民眾，每人分得10公斤白米。
