| 反都蘭灣BOT 阿美族要恢復「部落議會」

【顏振凱／台北報導】多位台東都蘭一帶阿美族人士上午在立院開記者會，宣布要恢復設立「部落議會」，要求台東縣政府與「部落議會」對話。阿美族民族自治協會並發佈聲明，強調台東都蘭灣周圍開發計畫區域，是阿美族都蘭、加路蘭、馬蘭部落傳統領域土地、山林及海域，反對政府採ＢＯＴ方式引進財團圈地開發，應轉為部落與政府合作模式，東海岸風景區位於原住民族地區，應依《原住民族基本法》規定，由政府和阿美族共管。

（大紀元記者江禹嬋台灣台北報導）大埔爭議案協商無結論！5日副總統吳敦義邀集部會與苗栗縣政府協商，經過1.5小時協商，行政院發言人鄭麗文會後轉述，吳副請主管機關苗栗縣長劉政鴻依「歷次內政部都委會決議妥善處理」。吳敦義表示，現在較麻煩的狀況是，內政部都委會提了決議和給地方的建議，但地方顯然不認同。

| 3C產品燙手 台大研究助散熱

【許敏溶╱台北報導】台灣大學昨宣布，該校凝態科學研究中心利用常用於3C產品的矽鍺半導體，讓熱分子的傳遞變成波狀前進，改寫教科書的理論，未來可望開發出更有效率的3C產品散熱方式。該論文日前已登上國際頂尖期刊《自然奈米科技》。
