| 張通榮涉關說酒駕 監院彈劾未過

基隆市長__張通榮涉嫌為一名酒後開車、還毆打警員的女子關說、先前遭到檢察官依妨害公務等罪嫌起訴，監察委員也針對這件事展開調查、並且提案彈劾；但是在今天的審查會上、卻只有四票同意、另外八票反對，最後並沒有通過對張通榮的彈劾案。 彎腰鞠躬超過15秒鄭重道歉，基隆市長張通榮去年9月涉嫌為酒駕毆傷女警的廖姓婦人關說，還前往警局拍桌施壓，威脅員警如果不放人，就調職，遭到檢方以妨害公務等罪嫌起訴，但張通榮還是堅稱自己沒有施壓，只是選民服務。 ==基隆市長 張通榮101.10.9== 我始終沒有妨礙公務重要的意圖身為一市之長
