就靠海面上的風力，撐起大風箏，拉著身體，像飄在海面上，接著靠雙腳控制浪板，遨遊大海！位在南方澳的內埤海邊，最近成了風箏衝浪愛好者的天堂，因為風箏衝浪，需要寬敞空間，還有夠大的風浪，每到夏天，內埤吹南風，只要出太陽，幾乎天天有人來玩。
