為讓台灣各界清楚認識兩岸服務貿易協議，行政院陸委會主委王郁琦繼上週探訪酸菜白肉火鍋店後，3日又將前往花蓮與學者專家座談，說明服貿協議的內容以及相關大陸政策。

師傅捧著一大塊麵糰，手起刀落，成片滑進滾燙熱水，麵條本身就是賣點，這是台灣民眾熟悉的山西刀削麵。大陸節目主持人：「將煮好的麵條搭配一些黃瓜絲蘿蔔絲，然後再淋上做好的炸醬，一道具有老北京口味的老北京炸醬麵，就可以開吃了。」
