【綜合報導】中國遼寧省阜新蒙古族自治縣境內，多處鄉村因當地瑪瑙染色加工業發展，導致地下水受污染長達20多年，從井裡打上來的水都呈淡綠色，當地村民戲稱是「藥湯」或「綠茶」不敢飲用，村民長期到處買水借水，當地政府官員表示「誰污染誰處理」，踢皮球的態度，讓村民有苦難伸。
