【劉煥彥／台北報導】美股周三小漲，但歐股全部大跌，加上埃及局勢動盪、葡萄牙政局變化增添歐債不確定性，使台股早盤在平盤上下震盪，盤中最低下跌34.36點至7877.06點，其中金融股多半續跌，權值股台積電（2330）量縮，宏達電（2498）等高價電子股也未能點火。

| 監理站瞎發行照 三車主遭冒貸背債百萬

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】台中市多位民眾購買TOYOTA CAMRY轎車後，遭他人持偽造證件補發行照後再到遠東銀行冒貸，民進黨立委林佳龍今陪同受害者舉行記者會指出，五月底郭小姐向台中巿議員何文海陳情，經紀者會披露後，又接獲何先生、林小姐的投訴一模一樣遭遇，同款車、同銀行、同樣犯罪模式，遭冒貸百萬元。林佳龍痛批，這已不是單一個案，他質疑這可能是集團性的弊案，要求相關單位徹查。郭小姐說，遭冒貸後，她向監理所調閱資料，承辦人員竟以《個資法》婉拒，「假冒的人隨便就可貸款，本人卻連調資料都不行？」假冒的身分證上，卻連地址都不符。受害人林小姐也出示真假身分證影本，除照片不同外，條碼也不同，她質疑，明顯錯誤為何監理所還能補發行照？

【綜合報導】日本知名化妝品品牌佳麗寶(Kanebo)，今日驚傳美白產品出問題。有不少皮膚科醫師表示，他們接獲許多病患的皮膚出現「白斑」症狀，而且都是在塗抹佳麗寶的美白化妝品之後才發生，今日佳麗寶表示，將54項相關產品進行自主回收。
