| 賣WMD給北韓 台籍父子被美關

【陳郁仁／台北報導】今年5月台籍的蔡姓父子因涉嫌將大規模毀滅性武器（Weapons of Mass Destruction，WMD）運往北韓而被美國檢方起訴，蔡父在歐洲愛沙尼亞被捕，兒子則在美國被抓。根據外電報導，當時在愛沙尼亞落網的父親蔡顯泰（Alex Tsai），恐在本週被引渡回美國。我外交部今說，台灣跟美國沒有換囚協定，蔡姓父子若被定罪，雖是台籍，仍要在美國服刑。

【張麗娜／台北報導】苗栗縣政府堅持大埔農舍在7月5日自行拆除，民進黨主席蘇貞昌中常會後表示，這是典型的過河拆橋、官逼民反，在選前承諾原屋原地保留，選後就做這樣絕情絕義違反承諾的事，「我要警告政府，這拆掉的不只是這幾家安身立命的房子，而是拆掉人家對馬政府的信任。」
