根據交通部統計，民國100年登記有案的遊艇就有1624艘，遊艇多，也帶來商機，有些遊艇的主人，無法自行保養，也沒辦法天天開船，因此興起了「代管遊艇」的行業，有人專門負責清潔跟出港「遛船」，一邊工作，還可一邊出海兜風，月薪5萬起跳。
