| 中油林園三輕未經許可試車 環保局重罰500萬

【周昭平／高雄報導】高雄市環保局今天下午指出，六月下旬開始陸續接獲民眾檢舉，指中油林園三輕廠製程廢氣燃燒塔產生噪音及廢氣異常排放，經派員稽查確認廠方至少有5個製程未經許可就逕行試車，甚至造成工安意外，決定依《空污法》重罰500萬元。
