| 呂提行政訴願 宜縣聲請大法官釋憲

新北市和宜蘭縣的非核公投案、接連遭到行政院公審會駁回，前副總統__呂秀蓮今天向行政院提起訴願；宜蘭縣政府也要聲請大法官釋憲。呂秀蓮表示，將全面和馬政府大鬥法，要窮盡一切手段，不關掉核四廠，絕不罷休。 由前副總統呂秀蓮發動的新北市核四公投案，雖然新北市公投審議委員會認定是地方性公投，卻被行政院公審會駁回，也駁回宜蘭核四公投案。呂秀蓮表示將與馬政府大鬥法，正式對行政院提起訴願；同時宜蘭縣政府也準備提出大法官釋憲。 ==前副總統 呂秀蓮== 今天正式向行政院提起訴願全方位跟馬政府作戰沒有關掉核四廠以前絕不罷休
