【簡威弘／新北報導】新北市中和區1名黃姓婦人（36歲）懷孕近40周，本周2晚間9時許突然陣痛頻繁，由哥哥及妹妹陪同坐計程車趕往台大醫院待產，才剛上車不久，她說：「我好像快生出來了」，計程車司機先將車輛停放路邊，家屬則立即撥打119求助。消防隊救護人員獲報趕抵中山路、連城路口，將黃婦從計程車上搬運至救護車，評估後決定直接在救護車上接生。

| ETC使用率未達七成 恐吃上逾四億罰單

依照遠通電收與高公局簽訂合約，國道電子收費系統(ETC)至本月底須達七成的年使用率，昨天遠通已完成全台319座收費門架，但未依約在九月底前完工，年使用率僅六成八，高公局擬在下月合併開罰逾四億元罰單。
