| 立委麻辣問色誘洩密案 國安局處長喊冤

月前某網路媒體報導，現任國安局第4處處長李勝東於駐德國期間，與情報運用的女子發生婚外情，疑似涉入洩密案，李勝東還接受媒體訪問，托出國安局不但和德國進行情報交流、在德國從事情報活動，更在德國境內吸收當地人士對中共從事情報活動。此舉引發國民黨立委林郁方不滿，認為此舉勢必對我國與其他國家的情報合作，產生嚴重負面影響，上午在立法院特別要求備詢的李勝東說明此事，但李勝東全盤否認，國安局長蔡得勝也為李勝東背書，說他唯一的錯就是接了媒體記者電話。
